1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Furkan Taşçıoğlu under the Puplins brand. Throughout these Terms, “Puplins,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Furkan Taşçıoğlu. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies made available to you before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Account and Customer Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to provide accurate and current contact, payment, and delivery information so that we can process and deliver your order. Please notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.

3. Product Descriptions and Handmade Variations

Each product page describes the item’s materials, dimensions, colors, and available options. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device settings.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in texture, dimensions, and embroidery placement may occur. Such variations do not affect your rights if an item is defective or does not conform to your order. We may discontinue a product or change its available delivery destinations, without altering an order we have already accepted.

4. Personalized Orders

Personalized products are prepared according to the details you provide at checkout, including the name and spelling, font, thread color, design, and size. You are responsible for reviewing these selections before placing your order.

If information required to prepare your item is missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification. The time needed to obtain your response may affect the estimated processing date.

5. Order Acceptance

After you complete payment, we will send a confirmation containing your order details. If we are unable to supply, produce, or deliver an item, we will notify you. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid for that order will be refunded.

6. Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact info@puplins.com with your order number within 2 hours of placing your order. As production of personalized items may begin after this period, we may be unable to accommodate later requests. We will confirm whether your requested change or cancellation is possible.

This 2-hour request period does not limit your rights regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or any other rights available under applicable law.

7. Pricing and Payment

The price of each item, any paid options you select, shipping charges, and taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

8. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

The estimated processing time for your item and the estimated delivery time after shipment are displayed on the product page or at checkout. Processing and delivery are separate stages. When your order ships, we will provide tracking information if it is available from the carrier.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact info@puplins.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and advise you of the available resolution. Transfer of a package to a carrier does not, by itself, end our delivery obligations under applicable law.

9. Customs Duties and International Orders

United States orders. Where Puplins states that it covers applicable customs duties and import charges, customers should not be required to pay those charges upon delivery. If a carrier requests payment, please contact us before making it.

Orders to other countries. Local customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may apply. Whether such charges are included in the purchase price will be stated in the information provided before you place your order. Charges clearly identified as excluded may be the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Returns and Product Issues

Return and withdrawal rights depend on whether an item is personalized and on the mandatory laws applicable to the order. Further details are set out in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your order, please contact us. Personalization does not remove your statutory rights in these circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

The Puplins name, logo, product photographs, website text, and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without the rights holder’s prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services and Privacy

Our website may provide access to payment services and other tools operated by third parties, or contain links to third-party websites. Those services may be subject to their own terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information provided through the website and during the ordering process is handled.

13. Acceptable Use and Limitation of Liability

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the website’s operation, or introduce viruses or other malicious code. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or error. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Severability, Governing Law, and Contact

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
